Have we mentioned we love wine? Well, we do!
And we love learning about wine, and facilitating others to learn about wine too, if they are so inclined. That’s why we keep a continuous schedule of wine tastings and wine education classes you can sign up for right on our website. The relationships we have built with growers, wine distributors, Sommeliers, chefs, and so many more, ensure that our students are learning from the best. And we make it fun! So you learn more about eclectic and more unknown wines from around the world, and you have a good time doing it.
Weekly Events at Zephyr
SUMMER SIPPIN’ BOGO 1/2 OFF!
As if the lazy days of summer in Reno could get any better… Well, if you come by Zephyr Wine Bar Monday through Thursday from 3pm to 5pm, they just did! All of July and August, buy one glass of wine and get the second 1/2 off. So grab a friend (heck, grab two) and come on down mid-week to enjoy this summer sippin’ special!

Enjoy live music every Sunday at Zephyr! Acts range from acoustic guitar to jazz to classic covers. Relax on Sunday-Fun-Day with a glass of wine in your hand and the sounds of live music in your ears.

SUMMER SUNDAY MIMOZA BAR – EVERY SUNDAY JUNE – AUGUST
Come by on Sundays from 11am – 2pm to make your own fresh MimoZa using a variety of organic, fresh pressed juices such as Valencia Orange, Grapefruit, Watermelon, Costa Rican Pineapple, and Blood Orange Juice!
Pair your perfect concoction with delectable brunch bites that include your choice of Brunch empanadas:
– Cheese, egg, bell pepper
– Egg, potato, chorizo
– Egg, potato, mixed veggies
Cost is $10 per MimoZa & $10 per Empanada. Come wine-down your weekend with us!

for Winemaker Evenings
Winemaker evenings are a chance for you to get to know the makers behind your favorite vineyards. Meet winemakers from all around the world and learn more about their unique wines while you sip and enjoy tapas.
Space is very limited and cost is $45 per person.

What’s Included in Our Workshops:
- 2 hours of live class with San Francisco Wine School’s industry-leading instructors
- Guided tasting of 5-7 wines carefully curated by Master Sommelier David Glancy
- Tasting kit creation for online participants
- Copies of the slide presentation
- Recording of the class session (on request)
Cost for in-person classes is $125 per person
